These terms govern use of the public website operated by The Nature Wolf LLC, doing business as Alpha Intellux (“Alpha Intellux,” “we,” “us”). A separate signed service agreement and proposal govern paid work and control if their terms differ.

Informational use

Website content, examples, estimates and recommendations are provided for general information and planning. They do not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, savings or business results.

Estimates and availability

Displayed services and estimated prices may change before a proposal is accepted. Metered phone, text, email and AI usage may create additional charges. A requested launch date is not guaranteed until scope, access, content, approvals and payment arrangements are confirmed.

Service agreements, terms and cancellation

The pricing tool is not a purchase or contract. Each paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal and service agreement that states the initial term, renewal, payment obligations, cancellation process, early-termination options, ownership and transition terms. Those signed terms control if they differ from general information on this website.

Founding credits and referral rewards

Launch credits and referral rewards are promotional programs subject to eligibility, availability and verification. A displayed reward is not earned merely by submitting a name or configuration. The applicable program rules, qualifying plan, new-lead status, active-service period and recipient are confirmed by Alpha Intellux before a credit or reward is issued. Programs may be changed or ended for future referrals or clients without affecting a reward already confirmed in writing.

Communications

If you submit a form and consent to contact, Alpha Intellux may respond about that request by phone, email or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. See the Privacy Policy for additional information.

AI-assisted features

AI tools can assist with approved routine questions, intake, qualification, content and scheduling. They may make mistakes and do not replace professional judgment. Clients remain responsible for final pricing, advice, approvals and service delivery.

Ecommerce and online stores

Ecommerce estimates assume lawful products, accurate client-provided product information and the standard catalog allowance selected in the pricing tool. A final proposal may separately address platform subscriptions, payment-processing and transaction fees, paid applications, premium themes, shipping labels, taxes, usage charges, migration, product-data cleanup, complex variants, subscriptions, supplier feeds or custom development. The client is the merchant and remains responsible for product legality, descriptions, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, tax obligations, shipping promises, warranties, refunds and returns. Alpha Intellux does not act as the merchant of record, payment processor, tax adviser, attorney, warehouse or fulfillment provider.

The client should own or control the domain, commerce account and payment-processor account whenever the selected platform permits. The service agreement will identify any hosted, managed or licensed store functionality that depends on continued service and will explain available data export, transfer or migration terms.

Intellectual property

This website and its original design, copy, code, graphics and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, resold or republished without permission.

Third-party services

This website may connect to third-party hosting, scheduling, payment, communication, analytics or automation services. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or supporting information. Alpha Intellux does not control and does not endorse every statement, product, policy or security practice on an unrelated website.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use automated methods to collect data without permission.
